Ram Windows

This is our first bad review we have ever had to write about a company. But if we can save someone else as much grief as we have had it is well worth it. We purchased over 100,000.00 in Ram products for our new construction home. They also supplied us with doors as well. We have a defective door handle we have been trying to have fixed for over 3 months. They avoided our calls and texts and emails for 2 months. So we finally get a call from someone who had been working for them for 9 days. As it turns out these guys 3rd partied our doors. That company as per its policy gives makes the company that purchases and installs the doors do the warranty work. The supervisor of service, Reagan basically told us to go "fly a kite", they are not doing it. So even though these doors have a 10 year warranty, we will be having to pay for this work out of pocket. I also want to mention that our builder had to have these guys come out during construction 3 times to make repairs because of mismatched gridlines (by several inches) that made our walls of windows and doors look terrible. They might be cheaper but save yourself the grief. This is the worst company we have ever dealt with.

I was so fortunate to have found Shawn Shields at RAM doors. He was able to recommend a color, hardware, and brand that most closely matched my existing and the results are perfect! We are a huge fan of our new LaCantina Doors. Shawna was always timely and thorough with quotes and helped me understand what to expect. In addition, the showroom team, delivery person, and installer, Steve at Premier Doors, were professional and personable. You can tell they have a great team that supports each other. At one point Tracy, part of the support team, said if the truck couldn’t get to me that week, she would drive them out herself Monday...but the doors were right on time despite the winter storm. Doors are expensive so I am so relieved they turned out so great! Thank you, everyone!
