So over $1000 of my shirts were left outside in the horrible storm last night. Why? Because they failed to pick up my bag for the second time since I started using them. Not to mention the fact that they do not know how to answer the phone when you need them. EVER. Even during business hours. For the prices they charge, I expect an absolutely effortless service. I put the bag out there and the day after next they bring it back. I have not had that happen one time without either having to call and tell them they forgot my bag or to ask where in the hell my clothes were after 3 days. Sad story. I gave this place a try even though they are double where I normally go just because the delivery driver was nice. To bad customer service was not what they advertised and I have a pile of wet expensive shirts to take to the cleaners that actually give a darn.
