        My mom dropped my dress which was supposed to be ready Wednesday and they did not have the dress ready. They took longer than they were supposed to. They also quoted it would be $10 but tried to charge $36. This is the worst place I've ever been to.

        I've been sitting outside their business to pick up my dry cleaning before I go to work. It is now 8:20a and they have not yet opened as the 8a opening hours state. I have a black tie event tonight and need my clothes. Looks like someone overslept.

        My coat still smells. They didn't clean it well. They tried a second time but wouldn't refund my money and it still isn't clean. Overpriced!
