Ever had a doctor who diagnoses you, prescribes you meds, but ignores the insurance company for prior auth, writes the wrong date on the rx, and you’re chasing them down for months before she decides, on a whim, to no longer prescribe it? Now multiply that by 2 diagnosis, and 2 prescriptions.
Don’t medical malpractice call that delayed treatment? Wonder what the medical board calls it.
The entire practice is inept. From the doctor to the office staff. The asinine girl who answers the phone likes to put people on hold for 30+ minutes and tries to get “hood” to intimidate.
Stay away.
