I wish I could give no stars. The lady with red hair, glasses, and that nasty mole at the register was rude when she got my order incorrect. I asked her repeatedly to repeat my order but she snatched my bag and threw it behind her. She also gave no sauce because she had an attitude that she had to remake the order!!!!!

Asked to add 1 taco to my order at the window. I was told no because my order was, "basically complete" staff shut the window on me. Then proceeded to I make me wait 10 mins. For an order that was, "basically complete" just thought it would have not been too much to add an extra taco I I was going to pay for. Then the Sierra mist tasted like it was pure carbonated water. No taste at all. Waste of time and money.

I go there often, and it's not always perfect, but usually pretty good and the staff are friendly.
Often place online pick up orders, and those are always accurate, and frequently and consistently tasty and fresh, compared to other taco Bells.
Everyone who works the late shift deserves a raise.

Rude staff everytime. This time was no different. They think they are being clever to say insults about you and your life as you go through the drive thru. Typical Mexicans with all disregard for any politeness, professionalism, or appropriateness.
