        I supposedly paid off a loan last week and was told I would receive 2 confirmation emails confirming loan was paid off and that they wouldnt contact me anymore not complaining about the latter but am in fact complaining about the lack of communication from these guys. Dont appreciate being told something and it hasnt happened yet and its been over a week.

        The associate quickly hung up on me before I could even respond . Nor did I get his name to began with . Just rude guy overall. He claim I owe a debt thats not even on my credit report from 2018 an demand I pay them in a wk. This company has to to be a Joke or scam
