        I. Cancelled my membership in April when they closed for the pandemic. They made it extremely difficult but after weeks of trying to get someone on the phone, finally someone MESSAGED me back on messenger. I cancelled my account. Today, they charged me $54. I cancelled 8 MONTHS AGO. They hadn’t charged my account since then. Today? Charged me 5 months worth? I was only paying $10 per month. You get what you pay for.

        Gym needs to be more sanitary and the customer service is pretty bad they don’t explain the membership or services. It use to be the best gym in the area but it’s just not the same.
