Had a snafu on Valentines Day when the flowers didnt get delivered because I put in wrong zip code. Wish the software caught my error, but the staff was very helpful and the Company sent me a gorgeous bouquet the following day as a Sorry/Thank You. Ive been a customer for years and you cant beat their arrangements and now their service recovery as well. 5-Star all around.

We used Dr Delphinium for our wedding flowers and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking. We did not have too many flowers throughout our wedding, basically just some small centerpieces on the reception tables and bouquets/boutonnieres, and they still made us feel just as important as any other customer. They were easy to work with, helped us create something that fit in our budget and all the flowers turned out so beautiful! Would definitely use them again

Excellent service and follow up to let you know your order has been delivered! Tried to order online from other vendors without success but a quick call to dr Delphineum was quick and easy!
