I dont understand why 24 H overcharges its members with its unclean and outdated equipment. I had been a member with them since 2018 and I had to cancel when I found out that nearby gym charge less than them. Avoid their contacts because once they make sure youre obligate to them, they wont hear your concerns.

I can see this gym closing down pretty soon. The majority of the employee's customer service is appalling. Especially the (manager?) heavy set black guy. They struggle to greet or even make eye contact with members walking through the door. They just look at you and look back down to their phones. The equipment is outdated and is out of order for MONTHS. I first came here in August and the same machines are still "out of order".

Amazing classes, I love going there but repairs on the bikes in the cycle room just doesn't ever get done. I started notifying management of a broken foot strap about 3 months ago, now about half the bikes have broken foot straps. I have repeatedly told the front desk but management doesn't follow through. The classes are no longer full like they once were just a few months ago. So sad.
