Tae was an excellent smile guide. He was friendly, considerate, and knowledgeable. The whole process only took about 30 minutes, and he used an iTero Element machine to take a full digital render of my teeth, which was a 5 minute process. Plus they gave me a free teeth whitening pen, so I was happy about that. I definitely plan on getting some of these aligners later on. Thanks for the excellent service, Tae!!

I was definitely impressed how my experience went. The customer service was absolutely the best I've received anywhere. They got me in and out of the appointment quickly, but I was not rushed at all. The two ladies Katie and Ani genuinely was excited for me, very informative and really cared about you and your experience. They were very genuine and I can't tell you what a positive impact it had on me. I had just worked a 6hr shift and directly went to the appointment. I was pretty tired and not feeling the best, but they really welcomed me and let me feel comfortable. If I had more appointments to go to I would absolute go there again!

I had such a wonderful experience with Chelsea and Korey, they both were nice and knowledgeable made the process simple and easy. No waiting they greet you, and you're being taking care of right away. Chelsea and korey thoroughly gave me detail information that made me feel comfortable and reassured on getting started. I'm happy with my decision, and waiting on my kit to arrive!...
