I almost had my appointment cancelled because I typed her phone number wrong and was texting a non-existent number. After getting it corrected, she was able to find another slot on the same day to work me in, and then she did a fantastic job cleaning my apartment after I moved out. I will be hiring her again in the future

Elena’s Maids responded quickly to my request for house cleaning services. They did a fantastic job. I really value the work they did and their willingness to come on such short notice. I will be calling on them for recurring cleaning services.

Nicole was the maid that cleaned my 2b/2b condo. She was not reliable and sends a confirm text an hour before she comes. The reason we hired a maid service was because we are extremely busy people. The first time SHE cancelled our appointment, she forgot to actually send the text to let me know she couldn’t come and needed to reschedule our appointment. Because of that I told her we are scheduled for bi-weekly cleaning and unless we call you and would give you at least 48 hours notice to cancel. She agreed to that. Today very very busy at work didn’t have time to look at my phone until I leave for the day. I saw I had a missed text wanting me to confirm our appointment. I was baffled but called the homeowner and asked is Nicole at the house. He stated that she was not here. I contacted Nicole immediately and she said I should find another maid service cause she always send a confirmation 1-2 hours before the appointment time and if the client doesn’t respond immediately then she assumes the client doesn’t want a cleaning and moves on. She does not call unless you call her and she stated that it doesn’t matter when you cancel because she won’t charge a fee for same day cancellations. She hopes you miss her text message because she really don’t like her job. I overpay her because I get a below basic cleaning from her and have to remind her to take the trash out and dust. She doesn’t have a vacuum so I let her use my Dyson. Then she is done vacuuming she throw the vacuum in the corner and put the cords around the handle of the vacuum. Honestly this suck cause I try to support Black Business any chance I get but I got ripped off and disrespect by the lack of customer service.

I had the entire downstairs deep cleaned which included 3 bathrooms. Elena was so nice and professional. She came to my house to give an estimate and accommodated my schedule. She was on time for the estimate. She was able to fit me in for the next day. The house looks and smells wonderful. I was at work while she cleaned. She texted me photos of her work and let me know she had completed the job. I will use her again for sure. I highly recommend her services.
