Dropped by to use a meeting room for an hour. I tried signing up and booking online, but had issues. The staff said I needed to be a member and gave a business card with the details to go and sing up later. The least I would expect them to do is sign me up on the spot and let me use a meeting room which was available. They clearly don’t care about getting more people in.

I Requested a specific start date to my contract, got quoted in person at a price 2x higher than other tenants I spoke to in the building, and then got charged for the entire month before the start date of the office. Definitely would not recommend renting from Regus to anyone. Additionally, Wifi is spotty and hard to get around the building. There is no sound proofing in the phone rooms or offices, you can hear everything. EDIT: Google Regus scam and you’ll see literally HUNDREDS of reviews about Regus overcharging fees, making up price points, and not allowing people out of their contracts or auto-renewing without consent. Stay far far away. You can also check out more reviews on Regus-sucks.com

Absoluty terrible.... Staff doesn't have at all.... I think the ones today may be in high school still. I went to the office to get help and I just want a lawyer now. I fell behind the first month of covid and they do not take payments. I was suspend from office. I tried to call the help desk to get help but they are only taking emails. I get harassed by a lawyer 24/7 and my bill has double. Went to speak to the manager at the actually office and she can't give me how much I owe. Or really any infomation on my account. The actual help desk doesn't take phone calls. Feel trapped in this and covid wasn't my fault.... Sure here's $10k for something I never got to use and thanks for 2000 lawyer calls. Never pay for a office folks... There are a lot of free options and very cheap options here in dallas. I legit don't think this brand will survive. I know see why.

The location and inside physical space is very new and has an open and innovative look and feel. Please be sure to get a garage space if you come regularly. LUNCH: There are about 3 dozen restaurants you can walk to and lots of other great things around. The building is older but well-updated, and the exposed brick and modern loft feel works well. Good windows and lighting. Prime window offices are worthwhile, but a bit expensive. Facility is clean and newer. Perfect location if you meet people for lunch, happy hours or (soon to be back) sporting events. This is in Uptown, and a few blocks from the start of Downtown, Dallas. Minor issues that we are working through on lighting and getting A/C right, but staff is helpful. This a a very large space, so you should be able to wind what you are looking for -- do a tour. (Please help police parking in the front lot--it is for visitors, not co-workers.)
