        I've used CCSI for more than 25 years. Service and responsiveness has significantly declined over the years. Now, the only way I can obtain a response is through my attorney. That seems like a poor way to run a business - costs are passed on to my insurer.

        The Customer Service in the claims Department is TERRIBLE! I work for a Provider and have tried to obtain claim status through this Company with zero help and very RUDE people.
