I went to return two items at the end of the transaction the lady helping me didnt even give me a receipt back and I felt that she was very rude almost bothered. Its sad because I really love the store and their products.

Had a great experience here for the first time. Excellent customer service! Even had me a taste of complementary wine. My purchase was nice and easy and the stuff helped me pick my finishing touch. Thank you!

They had a great selection of merchandise. The sales lady was very friendly & helpful.
There was a great special (spend a certain amount, get something free) - in this case it was a beautiful charm bracelet. Not only did they have a great selection available, they had a sale on them. I couldn't resist.
When I win at the casino, Ive got a tradition of buying at least 1 Brighton charm. I've been very fortunate/lucky so I've got a great (huge) collection of charms!
Brighton has a tradition of spend so much & get something free specials (many times a large beautifully designed canvas tote bag representing a season or holiday).
Their stuff isn't cheap but the quality is excellent & it lasts and even the quality of the free gift is excellent!
