We had a terrible experience during our Holiday Tour of Lights.When booking the event I felt confident; but nothing happened correctly on the day of the tour.  The driver was supposed to call and confirm.Did not.  I finally was given his number and told to call him myself.  I did.The driver arrived on time but at the wrong location.When the limo hit a bump the interior lights went out and the A/C was not working.  There was no ice and no clean glasses provided.  The driver did not give us a map route as promised.  There was a language problem; the driver did not know where to return us; we had to program it into his phone even though he had just picked us up there.  After a horrible experience, we cut it short and went home early.I immediately began to call and leave messages requesting a refund.Finally after 2 months our credit card company was able to credit us.We chose this company for the light tour because it had the time slot we wanted.Do your research first and go with a reputable company.

I used MBEG Limo Services this weekend for my kid 10th birthday. We had a drop off on Saturday and a pick up on Sunday and we received exceptional service! The Saturday pick up was done by Mr. Wade and he was very polite and accommodating. The Sunday pick up was done by Mr. Sheldon and he too was very polite and accommodating. They were on time and we did not have any issues with the car service. I would recommend this service if you are looking for a great rate and great service. If I had to offer something to the team of drivers I would ask that each driver offer a confirmation call at least 2 hour prior to pickup but both our drivers did great and we arrived on time.

Worst experience ever! Ruined my sons 11th birthday!! Car was filthy. Falling apart. Air didnt work at all, Diver was beyond rude, cussed us, at one point tried to refuse to take us home, when we called him out on his behavior he threatened to call the police.
Let several messages for the manager to call us back and received no call!!!
