        Everything in our order was wrong, except for one item. Everything was cold. The fries had a slice of cold American cheese on top, and no seasoning at all. The cheese wouldn’t melt in the microwave. I couldn’t finish eating my sandwich because it was so dry.

        I've been eating Steak Escape since 1992 and have put away many, many Rajin Cajun subs over those years. What we got delivered was not the Steak Escape or Rajin Cajun I've had so many times. Hardly any cheese, mayo or - most importaly - Cajun seasoning. Zero Steak Escape branding anywhere. Complete disappointment, and a bit of feeling ripped off.

        Second time ordering, both times I received chicken when ordered beef. (6 total sandwiches!) Asked for extra mushrooms, received NONE. The fries were burnt, and no cheese was put on them either. I gave 2 stars because the chicken sandwich, that I didn't order and was missing toppings, was actually very tasty. If this place would pay enough attention to get orders right, it has potential for 4 stars, 5 if they stop serving fries so burnt you can smell the burn as soon as you open the container. Wait time is also a good bit over what they estimate as well. (Both times 1hr was estimated and it took minimum 1.5hrs, which is not ideal when I take my lunch break, and the food arrives after the break is over)I would eat here again, but only if I went to the restaurant myself to be sure I'm getting what I paid for.
