I had hit a plateau in the progress I could make and maintain any sort of energy level. Several friends have had great success with weightloss, and overall improving their health with the help of Hailey, and her team. I reached out, got started, and 6 weeks in I've already lost 15 lbs and love the encouragement and health conscious approach the team has. Their goals and mine aligned, to make strides towards a healthier me, and I love that! I'll continue to work with the team, and refer anyone with similar needs.

This place has changed my life! I have had trouble with weight my entire life but as I got older it became worse and worse. My hormones and blood sugar also were not helping either. Then I found this place, that really took the time to test me and get all the data about me. A deep dive in your blood work will really show you how your body is working and where its not. My other doctors never went this deep to get the answers I need to get healthy. I am 52 years old and weigh less that I did in grade school. Im so thankful for Hailey and Dyron and their team!

I'd been experiencing the fatigue, weight gain, etc. that seems to come with mid to late 30s. I didn't want to just accept it as normal but I was not getting anywhere dieting and trying things by myself. I'm so glad I made an appointment with Strategic Health and Wellness. Everyone has been so helpful and friendly, and I'm seeing improvements in my weight and my overall health.
