PrimeLending, A PlainsCapital Company - National Relocation

I used them for my first loan and they were great, so when it came time to buy again they were the first people I called. The company itself is good to deal with, but their appraisal department is seriously lacking. Thinking back on my first loan, had the home owners not been in a crunch to sell, that one wouldn't have gone through. The appraisal came in very low and they had to sell, so they lowered the price to the appraisal. The second time the appraisal came in insultingly low, and Prime would not even give it a second look or second opinion. I fired them for lack of trying to work it out, and found another lender which was wonderful. Not only did the appraisal go a lot more smooth, they were also about twice as fast as Prime in processing their loan. I would not recommend using Prime. There are obviously better choices out there, and my realtor even agreed.

Prime Lending and their team lead by Gloria Price were fantastic. They walked me through the process and were with me every step of the way. I have a busy schedule but they made time for me to accommodate. Unbelievable service! I can not recommend them highly enough. If you are in the DFW area and choose to go with anyone else, you will be getting the 2nd best.

Refinancing my house was one of the easiest things I’ve ever done. Randi Kerr and her team at PrimeLending are incredible and go out of their way to try to save you as much money as possible. I will highly recommend them to anyone I know looking to purchase a new home or to refinance their current home.
