Dr. Jill is amazing! She really cares and goes over and beyond. She has had made herself available to us one night during the week when my son fell and checked up the following day. She cares about your entire body and how your entire body is functioning as a whole not just your teeth! She is just a solid person, mother and educator!

Ditto what everyone else said. I love central dentist. Staff are awesome, Dr Jill is great. I could write paragraphs, but would rather suggest that you just see for yourself.

Central Dentist has changed the way I view a dentist office! Dr. Ombrello and her staff are always kind and willing to explain anything and everything you want to know. I'd also like to mention Jessica Gallegos, she made my 4 year old son love going to the dentist! She set him up with his healthy start mouth piece and explained it in a way he could understand and now he is excited to wear his "night teeth" to bed! Thank you Central Dentist!

A few months ago I had an infection around a problem tooth, I made an emergency appointment at my regular dentist. I was told I needed a root canal. I wanted another fast opinion with a holistic approach and found Central Dentist. I drove over an hour to Dr Jill. She informed me the infection could be many things, and was eager to have me take an expensive radiology scan. She said it was necessary to see what was going on. Initially I let them know that since I already had x-rays taken at a dentist that week, and did not have health insurance, I could only get a general exam. As a new patient, she offered to waive the fee for this advanced scan, so I agreed to it. I was told results will be ready within a week. When I checked out, my bill was over $300. I didnt understand. They told me only one fee was waived, but I still had to pay for the radiologist to view the scan. If that was clear, I would NOT have done it. I paid and left. Days later, I realized we never set the appointment to get my results, I called and there was no appointments open for 2 weeks. I initially went to this Dentist on an emergency basis. I called 2 weeks later to confirm and they said I wasnt scheduled. I told them its unacceptable and I never canceled my appointment. It seems they did. They claimed to call me the day prior to confirm. I was squeezed back in, and again drove an hour to Dr Jill. She said I dont need a root canal, I was given oil on the last visit that wasnt helping. This time was rushed. I forgot a question and waited 20 minutes until she finished with another patient. She walked behind me and asked the tech why I was there, instead of asking me directly. He said I forgot a question about my worsening infection. She seemed annoyed, since my appointment was removed they were fitting me in tightly, not my fault. She told the tech Ill have to wait and walked to the next patient. I understand shes busy, yet I was treated as an inconvenience. Months later, I never received a follow-up call, gum still infected.
