        Company is full of lies. Management lacks common sense and I often have to give advise on how to manage. We have been without night coverage numerous months. Nurses even refuse to work for this agency because of their poor pay and management.

        Just another home health company who propagates a falsehood of promises. It's like we left the skillet and jumped into the frying pan, leaving one bad company to another. Lack of sufficient nurses to provide us with the coverage we needed which caused a lot of headaches and troubles. I wouldn't recommend their services to anyone period. If you are considering Viva Pediatrics, please reconsider your options.(Honestly they dont even deserve 1 star)😶

        DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY!!!(Dallas Location) Sad thing is I went to nursing school due to my love for helping people and at the end of the day the patients/family are the ones suffering. Management doesn't care about employees, staff unprofessional, and unorganized. NOT PROFESSIONAL!!! Only pro is you get paid every week....if you get paid!!!
