Indu Kapoor and her team at Guaranteed Rate are personification of client centricity they follow the ethos of 'client first' and thorough with every detail. With so many lenders available today and ready to sell anything, there are hardly a few who believe as though they are buying a loan for themselves. Indu's team was one such who always put client in the front and worked for the client. As a first home buyer, when economic condition is worrisome and interest rates are daunting, they were available to answer any and every question. The whole process was so smooth and easy, the closing was so quick and we were on continuous communication all the time. I would highly recommend them and would definitely refer them to family and friends

Indu and her team are AMAZING. I worked with her as a first time home buyer with a complicated renovation loan and she was so responsive, knowledgeable, and caring through the whole process. Indu's name was recommended by our realtor and I am greatly pleased with her service and professionalism.
She always thinks many steps ahead of us and she knows exactly what point the Mrtg will need additional documents or at what point we should lock the rates
Her communications have been too notch and she is always reachable via phone, msgs or emails. Her response times are in minutes !! Her swift work greatly helped us close the deal or else we would have lost the house.
For rest of my life, no matter what I buy, where I buy, I am going back to Indu n her team for sure.
There is something called Customer Satisfaction and then there is something called Customer Delight!. If you need the later, now you know whom to reach out to !
