I wanted to take a minute to share my experiences with the NRCS company. I'm a Realtor in the DFW area that focuses on residential homes and light commercial as well. I discovered NRCS through a recommendation from other realtors as well as home investors who had both worked with NRCS and were more than pleased with their work. I began to build my network of contacts that Realtors usually have (plumbers - roofers - electricians etc.) and began to reach out to Alex and Ivan (who own the company) often. They were quick to answer my calls and schedule me into their available time slots as quickly as the next day. After the inspections they performed, their reports would come in a very timely manner which in my business is invaluable. I always appreciate working with a company who has a quick turnaround time for their work and answers the phone when I call. My home buyers and sellers have all been satisfied with their work, pricing and services since I have been using them. What most people don't know is that NRCS is a full service construction company as well so I have hired them as a general contractor to handle various renovation projects for my clients and have turned out well.
