Terrible experience. If you want to deal with unprofessional people and not be acknowledged this is the perfect place. Im tired of paying so much money just to deal w so many problems in this complex. Definitely wouldnt recommend living here.

Jasmine was my original leasing agent and she is phenomenal. Every question or issue I asked of her was resolved. She goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need. She truly cares about the residents. I only have 1 complaint and that is my yard has no grass. Other than that everything that was broken has been promptly fixed or replaced. I really enjoy living here.

Ms.Bell made my experience so pleasurable last Saturday, she was eager to assist and very knowledgeable about all the units floor plans, the application process, move in dates, and general information about the upkeep of the property. She held things down and was so professional during rush hour and got to everyone in such a professional timely manner, not once did I feel rushed! Needless to say Im excited to be moving into my future apartment because I felt so welcome because of Ms.Bell not to mention the units are beautiful

Think twice before moving here!!! Although its nice floor plans in a nice vibrant area, there are just no excuses for the short comings of this property!! - To be clear this review is in no way a reflection of the manager or their staff. They have been as helpful as they possibly can. - This review is about the management company IRT - Since moving in October 2021 one side of the 2 bedroom apartment was not getting efficient air conditioning circulating. Of course this was not a big issue going into the winter, However come the spring and summer it had became sweltering!! - In April I had address this with the front office and for 3 separate visits they (the maintenance team) advised to just close my other vents, which would make other areas hot trying to cool others. Even after closing the vents it did not work. - Finally months later in June they had a specialist come out and after his visit the verdict was that nothing could be done without reconstructing the air vents. He stated that he would be back with some more info. - Now in September, I had spoke with the manager and asked if some type of concession could be provided since Ive been living in an apartment paying full months rent for almost a year and ONLY having A/C on one side of my apartment. - She then stated that IRT would not be able to provide any type of concessions or discounts even if I decided to renew my lease. - So again this is a direct review of the IRT Manager company over the VVM apartments.
