Loved this location and all of the staff, they were always very friendly and courteous and the food was always prepared with care. Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time this location has closed (under new owners this time). Since it has failed twice financially, I'm not sure it will be bought again.

I've never experienced better customer service! Amazing subs. I recommend the buffalo chicken sub, and don't forget to get a cookie. Always great food, freshly baked cookies and a smile when you walk through the door. I used to live in the apartments behind there and even though they only deliver for catering orders, they'd bring my sandwich upstairs to me free of charge. So awesome!

I don't like giving bad reviews. I'm giving three stars (for the benefit of the doubt) because Lenny's seems like a descent place, and I've only had one experience there. They could be better than I think, so I don't want to be unkind and give them fewer stars. Unfortunately, I won't bother going back to see if I'm wrong. The service was fine and the place was clean, so no complaints there. My problem: I needed a cheesesteak for lunch, badly, so I read reviews online to see where I might go. I have a Subway in the building I work in, and I have had their version (in desperate times), but I needed a cheesesteak as close to the real thing as possible today. That's not what I got at Lenny's. It was mediocre and very skimpy. I'm trying not to be angry about it. But, I left disappointed... and still hungry. When I got back to work, I got another one from Subway to fill me up, at least. I can't really decide whose is better (or worse, depending on how you look at it). But, if you're looking for a cheesesteak that you're not ashamed of in the Dallas area, look elsewhere.
To qualify that statement, I should say that I grew up in Bucks County, PA. I know how a real cheesesteak is supposed to be. My brother knows that as well as I, and he swears Billadelphia's is the only place to go around here, but I never seem to have time to go all the way out to North Richland Hills. After my disappointment today, I think I'm gonna have to make time.
