Unfortunately, they dont have one of these close to where i live so when i do want some i have to drive 45+ minutes to get to thia location. Second time in a row i come all the way over here just to find they dont have certain things on the money close to closing time!!! I know they want to go home early or whatever but definitely not acceptable wont be voming back here anymore!

VERY SLOW. THIS HAPPENED FOR THE THIRD TIME. TODAY IS APRIL 4th, 2019.
Food is good though. Waited 30 minutes and still the food is not here.
After making food, they go to every table to match the order. Probably their whole system is broken. Lots of people are getting upset.
Now I am upset. Showed them receipt and asked them what is going on. They have no clue. They just started making my one after I became mad.

Found it closed on 5-2-2019 due to non-payment of rent (according to the sign on the door)

It's like an episode of Ramsay's Kitchen Nightmares except it's the customers that are angry and yelling.
People waited for their orders for 30 minutes to an hour (I kid you not). When they did get their orders, most of them were wrong. There were a couple of ladies yelling at the kitchen staff. People started demanding their money back. One customer even remarked "I better get out of here before the shooting starts". People were walking out. People that just got there turned around and left.
When we have been waiting for over 30 mins for our own order, I decided to stand near the counter where they serve the orders so that I can observe what was going on in the kitchen. Well this is what I saw: The staff was flustered and looked like they weren't sure what they were doing. It's like most of them have never made a Schlotzsky's sandwich in their life. The toaster conveyor belt was jam-packed (my flatbread got stuck). Even the manager looked like he didn't know what he was doing. I just saw him hand an employee cold deli meat (I say it was cold because the employee realized after he dumped it on the bread that the meat was cold so he took it off the bread and ran it through the toaster). The same employee started making my husband's sandwich incorrectly, so I had to tell him how it was supposed to be made. Another customer said, "Yeah, you're gonna have to tell them how to make your order if you want it right!"
After over 40 mins of waiting, we finally got our order. My husband who's never met a Schlotzsky's sandwich he didn't like, was put off by what he actually got. My shrimp and brisket flatbread was cold (I hope the shrimp doesn't make me sick).
Suffice it to say, this is by far the WORST Schlotzsky's location we've been to (and we love Schlotzsky's). Never going back to this location. Save yourself the grief, don't go to this location (especially not during your lunch break).
