Had to email them twice to get a response, took them two days to respond to my second inquiry, didnt hear anything for two weeks just to find out they were waiting for my sons size to come in. Its understandable if you are waiting for a shipment that complete an order but the lack of communication is frustrating.

Monica, Amanda, Dee, Tim and everyone on the DES team are top notch with their customer service, timely production and expertise in logo and jersey creation. Ive order from them for years and couldnt be happier. I 100% recommend them for any sports jersey design and I plan on using them as my kids grow and flourish in their sporting activities. Ordered my items since last month. Manager saying my order has been received but i have to wait until more people make purchases in order for me to receive my items. Honestly ive never heard of customers having to wait for their shipment until other customers make purchases.

They are our go to for team jerseys. Always helpful, quick and accurate! They even designed the logo for our team.and the kids love it!
