In the past they took only about 3-4 weeks to deliver my packages from Dallas to Honduras but I guess that is a thing of the past. This time they came to pick my box on January 26 they told me that it should arrive to Honduras in a month or less from that date. Today I called to asked if my box was arriving this week and they said that the box was sitting in their Houston warehouse for about a month! As far as I know it takes another month to arrive to Honduras so for this box it will take about 2 months to arrive to Honduras considering if it ever arrives. This is the last time I use them as my mailing service Id rather buy me a flight thicket and bring myself what I need to send and would pay for a about the same amount I paid for mailing a box. This company went down hill the moment the original owner sold it to the new owner. I do not recommend it there is other companies offering the same service at same rates with better service. Stay away from this company
