My mother and I have never had a good experience at this location. She loves Anthony, however the past couple times he has been falling asleep and snoring during her session. We called to let the manager know the issue and she did say we would receive a full refund but stated that we should consider scheduling with someone else if this was going to be a problem.

This location is a scam. Front desk tricked me into a year membership by not telling me about the commitment before signing up. Then I called in to have it cancelled once the year finished and the manager for whatever reason reactivated the account and started billing me for 5 months without me ever asking for it. Do not go here for any reason I would give it zero stars if I could.
