So Id like to think Im pretty easy going. Id also like to think Im not a Karen. But if I was Liquidus - Id be annoyed and roll my eyes every time my name popped up in an email . But they dont! Liquidus has been amazing and extremely helpful as we tackle some repairs and issues that seem to come up randomly at our new home. Its my first pool so there is a huge learning curve with that alone, yet they have been so patient with me, and help me understand how things work as well as fixing those things that do need to be repaired or maintained. I keep telling them one day Ill be an A+ client like they have been an A+ service - but until then, they havent tested me like the karen Ive been - and that speaks volumes about what kind of company they are.
