        The women in the store Mia and Reyna are horrible CSRs. Not only did they not offer choices when I asked about something but Mia put my glass protector on my phone all janky. My phone has been like new since I bought it but not now because they sold me the wrong size but I couldn't get a refund because she put it on my phone. Manager won't call back either. Metro just lost five customers because of this store and their incompetence.
