What Stefi said below. Since the owner sicced their attorney on me for my last review with a cease and desist request, I respectfully honored the request and removed my truthful and detailed review of this employer and its one-woman wrecking crew manager, which I won't name. I attest that this is a true and accurate account in which I personally witnessed first-hand and have heard from direct sources. Let me just say my boyfriend worked here for nearly six-years and ended up having to get on tons of anti-depressant and anti-anxiety medications and even spent 4-nights in a psych ward at Methodist Hospital in Richardson in 2017, which he and I singularly attribute to the stress and demands placed on him from this job as a Personal Assistant, and the continual mind games, as he's described played by the company's erratic female manager. There is PROOF of this, and it is indisputable. He is NOT a disgruntled employee, as the owner has described him to others. He has moved on and is thriving in a new position with a more professionally-operated company. Oh, and on a brighter note, has been able to discontinue use of most of the medications he was on during his tenure at Maestro Personal Assistants. We do not recommend anyone work here, as the toxic environment is not conducive to anything positive. We won't be mentioning anything about the business or its "practices," as that may be in violation of a confidentiality agreement, which the owners put a 10-year lifespan on. Yea, I know.

I worked for this company and from the beginning, I felt like was never heard. Once I got out of the training environment, I felt completely lost and knew that I needed help. There was constant moments where I would ask for help from management, or clarification, however, one manager would say one thing and another manager would say the complete opposite. And then, I would constantly be pulled for doing a request incorrectly, however, when I ask for more training on that certain aspect I got incorrectly, they say that they will schedule time in order to do so, but of course, that never happened! Overall, this company is horrible at managing their employees and it literally seems like all of the managers are running around with their heads chopped off. I will not name names, but I know people who work within the company who are also fed up with how managment runs the place, especially now that the policy has changed. Overall, if you want to be heard and feel like management is there to guide you and help you move up, then do not apply for this job!
