BEWARE, Terrible customer service. They took thousands at closing and have never called me back for any information I have needed for 2 and a half years.

As a Realtor, you'd be jeopardizing your career if you used Nick Veach and his assistant Sharon to close your transaction. They are now Independence Title. I can only assume its because of their bad reputation as Stewart Title. Of all my 17yrs in Real Estate, Nick and Sharon take the cake for having the worst closing services. I was on the buyer's side, so my clients and I were at the mercy of having to use them as our Title Company. Long story short, it was a bad experience for me and an even worse one for my clients :(

VERY poor level of customer service from this title company. Would highly discourage using them from your closing.
