Barton Watch Bands

Great watch bands unfortunately that's where it stops. Customer service and communication are absolutely terrible! Send them emails in regards to my order, no response. No updates on order status. After waiting 3 weeks for my bands they are magically delivered today. Do not waste your time here, unless you're not worried about waiting and are also not worried about the seller ever giving you status updates.

The watch bands and tool that I ordered were better than expected and good quality. Shipping was slow. However, Barton responded quickly to my email when I asked when my product was shipping. They told me they were a little behind. I'd will buy from them again.

Placed order 12/27/2022, received order confirmation, checked on order via email a week later, Barton reply was in stock and going through system, the next week sent 2 emails and 1 phone message to cancel and credit account and provide confirmation.. as of today no reply

I ordered a watch band on 12/9 for a Christmas gift and today 12/28 but I dont know where my item is. I emailed the customer service a few times, but I only got shipping information email saying moving through the destination. Eventually I asked for a refund but no answer. I want my money back! Please give me my money back!
