I placed a order of a stadium seat about 4 months ago. The website never gave me the option for a invoice so I thought me order did not go through. I immediately check my bank account and the order was definitely placed. I tried to call several times but no answer, only a voice recording. I guess I lost that money. Now it's been approximately 7 months now. I never receive my order. I should have read the reviews before ordering from (this bogus website) CKB Products Wholesale. Please DO NOT order from this site, you have 1 out of 5 chances of receiving your order and 2 out of 5 chances of receiving your order correctly.

Ordered my products on the 24th of August, after 12 business days of waiting without any updates I have decided to call and cancel my order and request a refund. Maybe big businesses can survive w service like that but small business that rely on quick turnarounds struggle w service like this.

I had a good feeling about them as soon as they answered my questions, emails and knew my order would come. Looks fabulous! can not wait to buy more!

This is unfortunately a terribly ran company with very poor quality control. In their first attempt on an order of 20 engraved flasks only 2 were correct. After that they reattempted for a second try. This time 4 of the 20 were still incorrect, with misspelled words, inconsistent quality, and characters missing. I am going to work with a local company to attempt to fix their continual mistakes, and will obviously never be utilizing this company again. Please look elsewhere for engraved gifts until their leadership refocuses their business and quality control processes. 0/10 stars for engravings. The flasks themselves are of very poor quality as well (top shelf flasks). I ordered the “premium” model. Parts of the flaks aren’t even stainless, but are instead a plastic with a thin, shiny silver coating. I know this because pieces broke (quite easily) and exposed the plastic inside. 3/10 for flask quality. The most positive aspect has been their response time and willingness to fix mistakes. 7/10 for responsiveness.
