Their representative are trash. The representative designed my entry door backward, it was supposed to get opened from left to right, but got designed R to Left, this representative was from Plano, I called different location, they said the representative it is what it is, I can't change it, the representative also tried to push me to sign the contract by saying the price is going up in November, which I shut him down, also the material they show in their store is different than what they sell you Services: Door installation, Custom windows

My husband and I went into the Plano location and scheduled an in home consultation and measure fairly quickly. Dave came to our home November 6th, he was funny and very informative. The rough quote was around $8,000.00 for the front door, this did not include the storm door we needed as well. Dave informed us he’s typically a window guy and he was having trouble with the iPad, he said that he would send the formal quote by Monday, Nov. 8th that would also include a storm door we requested. Monday came and went and I never received an email. Tuesday, Nov. 9th Christine called and left a voicemail to follow up on our consultation. I called her back and left a message letting her know I never got the email from Dave and that we have another appointment for a consultation and it would be nice to compare the two. I never heard back from her and I never got the quote. The other company although more expensive has our business because the staff at Pella dropped the ball.

John was not only incredibly polite and nice, but he went above and beyond to ensure that all of our doors were still working perfectly. Highly recommend!
