Ply Gem windows

Their Driver hit my vehicle then proceeded to curse me out and flip me off. I asked him for his insurance and he replied, "I ain't showing you jack-s**t". It has been exactly 1 week and I still have not received a reply from their local office. I have contacted their corporate offices and they have left messages for the branch manager to call me back. I have not received any response.

Extremely poor quality, don't ever hire Ply Gem. Out of 20 windows in the house, none of them fits properly to lock which cause security issues.

Has been more than a month since we submitted or warranty request for a defective window and nobody has contact me by phone/email, I dont have a clue if you have received my request? I dont have a date when you will take care of this warranty request? I dont know if you are processing my request or if you are ignoring me? Has been a very difficult to talk with somebody and the customer service is just terrible. Please help me out!!

Ordered windows in April 2021.. Still no windows in June 2021. Customer Service keeps transferring me around and no one seems to want to help. They have our money but we no windows and no updates..Went to the office and no one ever came to the lobby... took a number and waited 30 minutes and no one showed up. Stay Away from this company.. going to contact the Texas State Attorney General Office today--this is a fraud.

Have been waiting 18 weeks for windows on a new construction. Original order was placed first of May, it is now end of Aug and still no windows. The builder was told they would be delivered in June, then they were back ordered so it would be July 15, then week after week nothing. Was then told they would be on the job site by Aug 31, and today is Aug 31 and still no windows. I have never seen or dealt with anything like this company. We have been told four different times "they are on a truck" only to find out they were not made or shipped. Had I known in July when the first lie came that "the windows are on a truck" and what kind of company this was, I would have canceled the order and went with a different company. Even with COVID and supply chain delays 4 months for windows is beyond ridiculous! Update- Windows finally delivered on Sept 10
