        Fairly decent initial service, polite, friendly and all of the basics, although we didn't really have any estimates for a cost comparison against others. What was disappointing was the follow-up - when we received a part that they said they'd come back and help with, and we had two other small jobs that we kept back for them also, we were effectively told to go and find someone else as they were too busy!! Pretty crazy in this day and age to turn down work but they could have handled it way better and just sub-contracted someone else to come and visit! Certainly not a method of generating customer loyalty or referrals.
