ANTI MILITARY COMPANY is right !! MY mother sent flowers to my grandfather, Colonel Keith Matson, whom served his country for 28 years. They dropped off the flowers to a neighbor a half mile away in a trailer with no number, no address and no name.The only way we found about it is because my mother called the company and found out what happened. As soon as they found out it was for a military funeral they refused to fix their mistake and resend flowers and avoided our phone calls. Completely disrespectful and disgusting company. I would give it no stars if I could.

My boyfriend bought a single red rose yesterday to bring to me at work, "just because" and the lady at the counter asked him "are you sure this is in your budget?" That put a damper on the good feeling he even had to surprise me and that is the rudest thing I have ever heard!! I will NEVER recommend them again.

ANTI MILITARY COMPANY!!! MY mother-in-law sent flowers to my grandfather, Colonel Keith Matson, whom served his country for 28 years. They dropped off the flowers to a neighbor a half mile away in a trailer which they got no number, no address and no name. On top of that they never left a message about having delivered the flowers. The only way we found about it is because my mother in law had to call the company and found out what happened. As soon as they found out it was for a military funeral they REFUSED to fix their mistake and send out flowers. Needless to say i will never use or recommend this company. If i could give it no stars i would. This is a very poorly run business.
