The team here is great. Everyone was incredibly helpful and are clearly experts in their craft. They quickly got our vehicle issues diagnosed and back on the road. They were willing to answer questions and help us understand what we needed to do. If we ever need repairs again well be back here for sure.

I got work done here from my car multiple times. The last time I got work I feel like I was scammed I was charged for things that werent wrong with my car. I paid a lot of money for my car to be fixed for it to never be fixed and the issues to never be resolved. Very disappointed with Justin and the staff and feel like I was scammed and possibly because I was a woman it was so bad that I had to quit my job where I use my car daily because of this. Justin told me I could bring it back, but at this point, I had lost my trust and felt like he was still trying charge me after doing work that did not resolved the issues. I was so disappointed of all the money that I spent for Everything I complained about with my car to never be fixed check engine light still was on brought it back to him. He turned it off. It came back on within hours. Justin, this is not OK. I went without a car for a month and And had to get rentals for work I spent a lot of money In hopes my vehicle And never was. The issue he fix had nothing to do with any issues I told him. Literally had to go to another mechanic and pay twice as much to get things done, but He actually fixed the issues with my car. And Of this and showed him the pictures I was sent from Told me my mechanic played me and should have known that was not the issue with my car. I honestly trusted this shop and the did more damage to my vehicle. Highly disappointed and lost trust, and honestly feel it was because I lm a woman and feel it was intentional

Justin is the best at what he does! He most recently worked on my 2005 Subaru and got it running great! In addition to me being a customer, Justin has fixed my parents' car, my sister's car, as well as my niece's and grandfather's car. I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle's needs. I highly recommend Peterson Automotive!
