I left a voicemail being as detailed as possible just like they asked, I texted and called both numbers that’s posted on google and their website and nobody answered. They said they usually respond within a day and it’s been 2 weeks. I even tried booking an appointment online through their website and Facebook and still nothing. Disappointing.

The dates and times posted on the website and the door are suggestions. I called and actually visited the location. No one returned my call (I left a voicemail 5 days ago) and no one was present at the location during the dates and times posted on the door. This is a poor way to run a business and actually reduces the number of viable clients received while also increasing the negative word of mouth about the business. I'd like to give the business a second chance and a positive review if someone is willing to respond to my voicemail to discuss the services with me. I'm truly attempting to make an honest effort towards supporting minority owned businesses, but situations like these increase the difficulty of the process. Update: I'd like to hear from the owner as to whether or not this is a viable business or is it's defunct.
