They arrived almost 4 hours late and did a horrible job on my carpet it looks the same. Better off renting a carpet cleaner at Home Depot and do it yourself

Beware before signing the work order! The price quoted in their ad is $157, but they add a $9.00 Service Fee plus taxes, and I agreed to that. However, I was charged for the agreed upon amount and sales tax again. (He also asked for a tip, so I gave him $10.00, but it must have not been enough because he didn’t thank me.). I called the owner 3 times to get the correction for the double-charging of sales tax, but he never returned the calls. It could have been resolved so easily, but he never cared enough to respond. So the customer service is lousy. The guy did an average job with the cleaning, though I expected him to vacuum the upholstery before spraying it with his spray bottle. From my overall experience with this company, I would encourage you to go elsewhere. You deserve better for your money. Service: Clean upholstery

Jason was AWESOME!! He was polite, professional, and on time! He was able to get stains out of the carpet that I couldn’t! Definitely recommend.
