Great job! I got this car in 2007 now I have two little ones and two fur babies. Rudy and his team made it look almost brand new! We have also hired them to clean our carpets at home and they also did a wonderful job. We will continue hiring them on the regular!

I called and the guy gave me a $90 quote on cleaning two rooms with one room pet enzyme and I told him that I’ve been calling around and got a little bit lower quotes and he hung up on me very rude

Overall I give Mega Steam Clean a generous 1 star review.
The 1 star is because they showed up when they said they would and charged the quoted price.
Now for the negative, they didn’t remove the pet stains in the house (even with the added pet Oder/stain treatment).
They also said they could not remove the non-pet stains from one of my bedrooms but with a $4 dollar bottle of carpet treatment we were able to remove the stains.
I regret hiring this company, I’ve cleaned my carpets before with a Rug Doctor rental from Walmart and they have looked much better. Maybe it is because it was a Saturday and they rushed to get the job done but it seemed like they did the bare minimum on our carpets.

My house was totally under water at 2am an these guys came within 30mins an spent 4 hours cleaning up all the water an pulled all the carpet. These guys are very professional an I would recommend them to all friends an family. Thank you Rudy owner of Mega Steam Clean!
