While my son was under her care as a new born, she would leave him on his car seat all day and completely pooped to the point of him being rosado. I complained multiple times to her but she insisted that my son had probably done poop as soon as they had put him back which was complete bs on account of the smell and dry poop all down his back. She had toys in the living room that the kids were not even allowed to touch, it was all for show. I was a student at the high school at the time and she lived less than a street away for me so I would ask her to help me pick him up so I could walk to school the other direction. She instead whined and complained that that wasn't her job but would do it that one day for me. That day she got their complaining early and I just instead refused to leave my son with her any longer, and she practically threw his car seat at me and told my mother to make me suffer so I wouldn't have more. Do not trust her with your kids.

My child was hurt while in her care. My child was also seen getting out of a daycare vehicle without a car seat. I made a report with Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, but they were useless. She told them that my child was already hurt when dropped off. She also said that we had failed to pay her for services even though she had already cashed our check. The useless people at the DFPS believed her and the case was closed.
