Have been going sometime now, got a text message reminder about appointment but no where in the text does it state that if you dont call and confirm appointment they will take you off and put you on wait list when you arrive. Extremely upset

Love the staff! Been going there for years! Dr. Olsen really takes care of her patients. Dental hygienist and dental associates are extremely sweet! Made my experience comfortable since I have high anxiety about going to the dentist. Highly recommended!

I’m been going to this Dentist for 2 years now. The first time and this time the same assistant named Claudia Martinez did my cleaning. The first time was really inappropriate talking personal thing with another assistant during all my cleaning. Today was even worst. She was completely SAVAGE. She clean my teeth in a really rude mood, making me bleed like never. She asked me personal questions about my kids, about my husband and on top of that she did not fallow the procedures taking me a xray without the security apron. She make the hole visit a nightmare. This was completely wrong. Never I received a treatment like that from any other dentist assistant. Honestly I did not say anything at that time because I know myself and I was so upset that I preferred to do the complaint here where I can do more and aware more people of the situation. I’m very disappointed but I understand that I can’t make everyone responsable for the multiple mistakes and the unacceptable behavior of Ms. Claudia Martinez. Hope no one has to pass for what I did, specially if like me you take your children's to Dra. Olson too. My visit was on June 15, 2020.
