I was not very happy with the services. I took in a comforter and given it was made out of unusual material they should not have said they could dry clean it. I picked up my comforter and it was all bumpy from the material getting clustered together and they I guess thought it was okay to give it to me like that and not say what happend or explain it was bumpy. I then called to complain and the owner called me back the next day. He explained that it was made out of not so friendly dry cleaning material and resulted in the way it came out. He told me to bring it back so they could try their best to take out the bumps. I appreciated that but they shouldn't have taken it in period. So it's been a week and I still dont have my comforter back... not happy with the service and I keep having to call and see if my comforter is ready because they did not even give me a pick up date. I just want my comforter and I will never be back again.
