Jumper and tables/chairs were dirty. Delivery was a hassle because they forgot about my renting appointment even though I had made it a month In advanced. They say they don’t have 24 hour rentals but my event was on a Saturday and I had to call myself for them to pick it up on Monday. Also customer service was rude and very disorganized. I would not advice anybody to rent through them unless they want to go through multiple problems and rude service.

PLEASE READ REVIEWS BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH PERSON! HIS RESPONSES ARE SELF EXPLANATORY TO THE QUALITY OF SERVICE. Would rate 0 stars if it was an option. I ordered a water slide (43x24x22) for a children’s birthday party for today. When the 2 grown men delivered it, they said that they couldn’t get it through the side gate of the house because the gate entrance was not 5 ft wide. My gate entrance was 3 ft wide. I asked the 2 guys to unroll in the front yard, fold it in half and roll it like a burrito so we could carry it thru the gate into the back yard. I offered the help of 2 more men to carry it to the back. The guy refused the help and said it was to heavy to be carried. I offered more man power to carry it and he still refused and said it was to heavy . I called the owner about the issue and he said the measurements of the slide were posted on their website and I should have know. Nowhere on the website does it say that an 5ft entrance is a pre-requirement for rental. Due to the refusal of our help and refusal to unroll to carry it, I was given the only option but to decline renting the water slide on site. The Owner refused to refund our $20 deposit because he could have rented it to someone else that may have had this unwritten requirement that he assumes everyone has and should know. I called other water slide companies online in EP and gave them my gate measurements (3ft) and they said they could deliver, but would just have to roll it different, but they would do it without hesitation. I’m only stating the facts and not making assumptions.
