Always Forever Flower Shop

Went above and beyond with the flowers I sent to my mom on her birthday. They looked nothing like they did online.. they looked better!!!!!

All I have to say is don't go here for your flowers! I was very disappointed with the final product this flower shop provided. We hired them for our wedding because we were very impressed by their prices at first at the bridal and Quince fair at the civic center. They were very nice people don't get me wrong but as far as the service and the flowers don't trust them! Please if you do business with them get a copy of the contract they will change things on you at the very last minute. For example I had in the contract flowers petals for my runner for decoration. When I came out to see the big arrangement I paid for, there were no petals. I called them that very minute while getting my makeup done and they said they didn't leave the petals because it was to windy. Instead of discussing it with anyone they took it upon themselves to take the flowers. I asked them to see if they could just bring them to me and I would put them myself they said it was to far and they would not make a second trip out there for any reason. Another thing the sample they gave me for the visual presentation for the wedding arrangements were beautiful, colorful and FULL! The day of the wedding they promised me fuller arrangements. I came out to see that all of the arrangements didn't even have any of the roses I had paid for and were lacking in every-way. To top it all off the tall vases that were holding the flowers by the end of the night had leaked all over the tables, not because someone broke them but because they were already cracked, defective! So some of my guest even got wet. VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Even my event coordinator who hosts weddings frequently was surprised by the bad customer service they had provided me for my wedding day.Go somewhere else!!
