QUALITY GRANITE

They were very helpful in the beginning picking out the countertops answered calls with no issues, once they got paid and you find the work was poorly done and you need help, unfortunately you will get no help, you will be left with poorly installed work, they put you off, then stop responding all together.

The marble counter tops are beautiful, however the install is poorly done, they secured a piece of marble behind my stove with grout which eventually fell off and now they are ignoring my calls to fix it. I'm very disappointed considering I went with them for their customer service but I guess they drop you like a hot potato once they have there money, the customer service is gone.

I was very pleased with my experiences with Quality Granite. After I expressed interest online, Daniel called me to set up an in-home consultation. He showed up exactly when he said he would, on time. Daniel was very respectful. He was very thoughtful about the layout/design, potential caveats, and transparent about what he could vs may not be able to do out of my design ideas. I liked that he made himself available to answer my questions, and was always very thoughtful, concise, yet thorough in his responses. Complete sentences and nice drawings, I love that! True service and respectfully tried to earn my business without being pushy or grandiose. The price he quoted me was also very reasonable. Unfortunately the stars did not align for me on my project so I did not hire him, but I wanted to share a very positive experience with the design/communication/bid portion of the project, which is honestly some of the most stressful. Once you sign a contract you can come up for air, even if just for a sec :) Anyway, thank you Daniel; I feel confident Quality Granite would have done a great job, when and how they promised. I will recommend Quality Granite to any friends who need a reputable fabricator to bid their project, and definitely reach out to Daniel again for my next fabrication project.

We had our granite install by Quality Granite about a year ago. Customer service was excellent and they were very punctual. Of 4 contractors, Quality Granite provided the best price.
