Very rude, horrible demeanor of the individual who answered my call for help. Did not explain or seem willing to help also sounded bothered by my call. Will definitely be cancelling plan.

I am really offended and disgusted , received a letter of denial for my one year old hospital admission . My baby was admitted due to having sever diarrhea and not eating or drinking fluids... she was doing between 12-17 diapers a day full of watery diarrhea lost over 2 pounds during herhospital stay , had on and off fevers rising all the way to 103.0 , refused to eat anything for 3 days it was a nightmare to see my poor baby going through all of this and for you guys to send a letter of denial due to not being medically necessary is the stupidest thing you could have done . I dont know who this supposedly pediatrician named David Diaz De Leon obtained his license but he sure doesnt know what he is doing according to him my daughters decline in health was not medically necessary.
