on 1/19 my jeep was towed into the service department here, i was told by my service advisor she would call me to let me know what was wrong with my jeep, I should have taken the fact that I hadn't heard from her a week later, as a sign that I was the one that would be chasing her down to get updates. It took them two and a half weeks to determine that I needed a new engine due to a waterpump recall and my jeep overheating....The fact that she told me she couldn't give me an eta made sense since we all know there are supply chain issues. A few weeks later, when I called for an update, she told me they had the engine, and it should be by the end of the week..this place has had my jeep for 2 months now. Last week, I was given the excuse that the tech that's working on my vehicle called out, but that it would be Monday.....the latest. Today (Tuesday), I called and asked to speak to a supervisor, was transferred to a VM. Called back was told the supervisor was out....I wasn't offered a rental or temp vehicle, this entire time I have to call them and ask for updates, and let's not get started with my service attendants attitude... All I want is my vehicle back..
